Seafood cuisine
An extraordinary setting suspended over the sea
The restaurant’s sober, intimate, soothing decor, set off with Lionel Floc’h paintings, blends in to the gardens and sea that can be admired through generous bay windows.
Each of our 45 seats offers a sea view. On warm summer evenings, guests can dine on the patio literally sitting on the water.

Fish is king
Like plaice, the cuisine of our chef Frédéric Claquin unveils its subtle creativity through its perfect simplicity. Its primary ingredients? Local produce from the sea and land, meticulously chosen from producers in South Finistère. The result? Contemporary cuisine with fiercely Atlantic flavours.
According to the season: pan-fried abalone, John Dory with sweet potatoes, langoustines from Le Guilvinec, fish and crustaceans from the coast of Brittany mingle with tastes of more distant voyages. The best Spanish dry-cured hams as well as roots, fruits, spices and cereals from around the world emanate marine flavours through a new menu for every month.
A selection of fine wines
Château Yvonne Saumur blanc, Sylvie Spielmann Riesling, Domaine Ott Bandol rosé, Conte des Floris Coteaux du Languedoc, Marcel Lapierre Morgon and a few fine bottles of Bordeaux. The wine list opts for discovery and pleasure.
