Booking confirmation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The reservation is only confirmed if guaranteed by a credit card, with a 30% deposit charged. The balance is payable on site, except in the event of late cancellation or no-show. Please contact us if you wish to arrange payment for the stay.<\/p>\n

Cancellation or no show<\/strong><\/h4>\n

*For stays of less than 6 nights and\/or less than 4 rooms : their is no fees if canceled 3 full days before 10pm, otherwise their is 1 night charged per day considerated as too late.<\/p>\n

For reservations longer than 6 nights and\/or more than 4 rooms : in case of cancellation between 3 and 7 days prior arrival: the hotel will keep the total amount of the deposit for a next stay within 6 months (from the written reception of the cancellation). In case of cancellation within 3 days prior arrival, the hotel will keep the deposit.<\/p>\n

*In case of cancellation on arrival date, no show or shortened stay, the client accepts to be charged of the total amount of the initial stay on the given credit card.<\/p>\n

*Hotel gift vouchers : the conditions here above will be applied and will be deducted from the initial value of the gift voucher.<\/p>\n

Arrival time<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Every reservation is maintained up to 6pm. Thank you to contact us in case of late arrival.
\nYour room is available from 3 pm on arrival date.<\/p>\n

Check-out is before noon.<\/p>\n

Restaurant \u00ab Les Trois Rochers \u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We advise you to book a table in advance. Without prior booking, a table is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Animals<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Dogs only are allowed at the hotel (17 \u20ac per day per animal), 1 per room. They have to be kept on a lead. However, they are not accepted in the restaurant.
\nDamages noticed after departure will be charged on the credit card .<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tobacco<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms is strictly forbidden. In case of damages caused by cigarettes or inability to rent the room, we will charge 50% of the night rate as compensation.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A parking is at your disposal \u2013 free of charge.
\nThe hotel declines any responsibilities for thefts, personal or material damaged in the parking.<\/p>\n
