BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2023

Booking confirmation

 

Every reservation must be confirmed with a credit card number.
From 6 nights’ stays, a deposit will be required: 30% of the total stay amount will be asked.

 

Cancellation or no show

 

In case of cancellation between 3 and 7 days prior arrival: the hotel will keep the total amount of the deposit for a next stay within 6 months (from the written reception of the cancellation).
In case of cancellation within 3 days prior arrival, the hotel will keep the deposit. For stays shorter than 6 nights, the hotel will charge 1 night on the credit card number.
In case of cancellation on arrival date, no show or shortened stay, the client accepts to be charged of the total amount of the initial stay on the given credit card.
Hotel gift vouchers : the conditions here above will be applied and will be deducted from the initial value of the gift voucher.

 

Arrival time

 

Every reservation is maintained up to 6pm. Thank you to contact us in case of late arrival.
Your room is available from 3 pm on arrival date.

 

Departure time

 

Check-out is before noon.

 

Restaurant « Les Trois Rochers »

 

We advise you to book a table in advance. Without prior booking, a table is not guaranteed.

 

Animals

 

Animals are allowed at the hotel (17 € per day per animal). They have to be kept on a lead. However, they are not accepted in the restaurant.
Damages noticed after departure will be charged on the credit card .

 

Tobacco

 

The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms is strictly forbidden. In case of damages caused by cigarettes or inability to rent the room, we will charge 50% of the night rate as compensation.

 

Parking

 

A parking is at your disposal – free of charge.
The hotel declines any responsibilities for thefts, personal or material damaged in the parking.

Consumer Code
